SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  

Two 14 year old males will be charged with Possession of a Dangerous Weapon (knife) on school grounds.  A U-32 staff member learned that one of the youths was in possession of the knife, and upon confronting him, found and confiscated a folding knife with a 5 inch blade.  When questioned as to where he obtained the knife, the youth implicated another, who had brought it to school and had given it to him.  Both juveniles will be summoned to Family Court (sitting as Juvenile Court) at a later date to answer to the charge.
